“This is not a retreat to escape life — it is a return to it.”
✨ A Weekend of Deep Replenishment Before the Season Turns
As the wheel turns and the pace of the year quickens, we invite you to pause. To step outside of time and into a cocoon of nourishment, connection, wildness, and soul.
Wild Resurgence is not just a retreat — it is a returning. A remembering. A soulful tending to the deeper landscapes within, before the business of summer and year’s end rise to meet us.
Held over three days on a beautiful land in Tarwin Lower, South Gippsland, this retreat offers a sacred exhale. A soft place to land. A rhythm of slowness, storytelling, sisterhood, and song.
This weekend offers you the opportunity to step away from the demands of modern life and reconnect with the autheic wild self.
Together, we’ll weave a weekend of rest, remembrance, and rejuvenation — so that you return home resourced, reconnected, and realigned.

“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door. If you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”- Clarissa Pinkola Estés

✨ What to Expect:
🌀 Friday, November 21 Arrive & Settle from 2pm | Opening Circle at 3pm
Set up your nest for the weekend, breathe in the scent of salt and soil, and join us in circle to open this sacred container, set yourself intentions and call in your wild authentic self. We’ll share a deeply nourishing dinner, followed by fireside storytelling, ancestral women’s wisdom, and song under the stars.
🌀 Saturday, November 22
The day begins with a quiet walk through the bush to the wild shoreline, a secluded beach just 30 minutes away by foot, where the ocean greets us in solitude.
After breakfast, we journey through the Shamanic Cycles of Life — exploring the feminine blueprints of the seasons, the menstrual cycle, and the life-death-life rhythm. A deep re-membering and opportunity for realignment with our natural blueprint as women.
⸻
“We are cyclic beings living in a linear world. And when we remember this, we remember how to come home to ourselves.” - Jane Hardwicke Collings
⸻
You’ll then be guided through an Embodied Journey dancing the inner seasons, supported by Rose & Lemon Balm. Finishing with a Shamanic Drum Journey to meet your Inner Wise Woman
After dinner, we gather again under the stars by firelight to bask in the beauty and power of women gathering. Expect song, drum, dance, and story.
🌀 Sunday, November 23
Another morning of barefoot wandering, sea breeze, and silence. We’ll walk again to the beach, share breakfast, and gather for a Closing Circle that honours your lineage, your becoming, and your legacy. We will finish with a shared lunch and gently complete the weekend by 2pm.

✨ Our Retreat Space
Where ocean, land, fire, and sky hold us in beauty
Some places hold a kind of magic you can’t explain but deeply feel. Where we will be gathering is one of those places.
Cradled on windswept farmland and native bushland, this sanctuary sits quietly at the edge of land and sea. With nothing but salt air, open skies, and the call of distant waves, it is a place that invites you to exhale — and to remember who you are beneath the noise.
Each morning, we’ll walk together through the wild, coastal bush — where twisted native tea trees and flowering shrubs line the sandy trail — until we arrive at a secluded stretch of shoreline that feels entirely untouched. Where we’ll greet the day with open heart and barefoot gratitude.
But it’s not just the land that holds us.
On this beautiful property is The Pavilion, built from weathered pier timbers, sandstone, and glass that frames the changing sky like artwork. By day, sunlight floods the space through vast black-framed windows. By night, the fire glows against the massive stone hearth, casting light onto white linen couches and the long dining table where we’ll share our meals and stories.
Above us, antler chandeliers hang like relics from a wilder time, bringing to mind images of ancient halls. Around us, every detail speaks of care, intention, and the beauty of elemental living. This space doesn’t just accomodate us — it holds us and supports our retreat's vision for depth, beauty and nourishment.
Outside, a large stone fire pit calls us to gather beneath the stars.
Sparks rise to meet the moon. Songs and stories rise with them.
This is not a public retreat centre.
This is a sacred space — built with love, lived in with reverence — and it will hold us as we rest, reconnect, and return to ourselves.

✨Your Hosts & Guides
Siobhan Delaney
Siobhán is a masterful Space Holder with nearly a decade of experience walking alongside women—as a Birthkeeper, Women’s Circle facilitator, and guide to over 100 women who have birthed their own Shamanic Medicine Drums under her care.
An apprentice to birth, grief and song, she is continuously re-membering ancestral wisdom, honouring traditional skills, and adding to her medicine belt: ceremony, ritual, herbal medicine making, song weaving, and ancestral crafts.
She is fiercely passionate about centring mothers and families—not only in her work, but in her own life. For over 13 years, Siobhán has been raising her children alongside her beloved husband, rooted in shared values and reverence for the sacredness of family life. Together, they live amongst the towering mountain ash and magical ferns on Mount Dandenong, tending a loving home, a converted chapel, thriving gardens, and a spectacular geodesic dome that serves as a sacred gathering space.
Sophie Saba
Sophie Saba is a devoted mother and wife, whose work is deeply rooted in her calling to hold, see, and nourish women. She creates spaces where women feel safe to soften and powerful enough to rise — spaces where they can come home to themselves, reconnect with their truth, and remember the strength found in healed sisterhood.
Sophie draws upon a rich toolkit of Sound Healing, Breath Work, Timeline Therapy, Somatics, Holistic Counselling, and Women’s Circle facilitation. With these modalities, she gently guides women back to their bodies, their stories, and their sacred path.
Whether by firelight, through song, or in silence, Sophie holds space with rare grace — inviting women to be witnessed, explore their edges, and remember their wholeness. She has a heart-deep gift for tending the inner world and a powerful ability to bring people together in truth, depth, and love.
