Sunday evening, July 20th
6-9 pm
Spork + Wild Sage Pizza with dirty jazz by Wolfe House
$30 per person, includes music and 1 small pizza
Service style will be counter service, where you’ll select your pizza (included in ticket) and any additional a la carte special offerings of Italian-inspired small plates, salads, desserts, and beverages.
GF accommodation will be a salad and small plate. GF pizza is unavailable.
Pizzas: hot honey pep, tomato mozz basil, arugula goat cheese prosciutto spicy jam (veg option sub red pepp for prosciutto)
Small Plate Menu:
Watermelon Salad :: greens, basil, mint, ricotta salata, pickled shallot, pine nut, pomegranate balsamic vinaigrette (can be dairy free + vegan sans chz) (GF) $8
Radicchio Salad :: giardiniera, bacon, pistachio, Pecorino, sourdough focaccia crostini, Meyer lemon toasted pine nut dressing (can be GF, DF) $12
Fried Artichoke Hearts + polenta cake w/ whipped ricotta, roasted pepper puree, black garlic agrodolce, parmesan, fried shallot (GF) $12
Chickpea Panisse with grilled and marinated zucchini w/ black olive tapenade, charred lemon cashew crema, fried garlic, Calabrian chili oil + herbs (V, GF, DF) $10
