Event description

Let’s wake up our wild senses!

Join us for a joyful nature-immersion day for children aged 4 to 9.

We’ll play games, explore sensory awareness practices, and enjoy hands-on creativity to help kids deepen their connection with the natural world.

Inspired by Coyote’s Guide to Connecting with Nature, this session invites children to see like a wedge-tailed eagle, hear like a powerful owl, and walk like a fox. We’ll also share a funny story about an unaware hiker who misses all the signs the land is offering.

To close our time together, we’ll crush wild clay with our hands and sculpt Australian animals with amazing senses. Children can choose to take them home or leave them on the land as a gift to Country.

This is a playful and grounding experience for curious kids who love nature and learning through connection.
