A day by the ocean to move, make, connect + feel good together.
Wild + Well brings kids + their adults together for four hands-on wellbeing workshops at Dee Why Beach.
Start slow with yoga + sound. Get creative. Head to the beach for our free sandcastle comp. Then turn up the energy with movement, music + dance.
Come for the whole day, or choose a morning or afternoon pass.

◇ WHAT MAKES WILD + WELL A LITTLE DIFFERENT
This isn't a drop-off event
Kids + their adults experience the day together
Each of our facilitators will share a different wellbeing practice, with simple tools you can take away + try again at home
There'll be space to join in, space to take a break, space to head outside when someone needs it + no expectation that every kid needs to happily participate in every minute of every class - come as you are ✌🏼
△ WHAT TO BRING (BYO):
Please bring:
yoga mat / towel to sit on
lunch (or grab something locally)
Water bottle + snacks
Swimmers + towel if you'd like a dip
Comfy clothes you can move in
Sun protection
And kids, BYO your adult 😅 (children stay with their responsible adult throughout the festival).
🌺 WHO'S IT FOR?
Wild + Well is an all-ages family event. Our workshops are being designed particularly with kids around 3 to 8 years in mind, but siblings + families outside that age range are very welcome. No wellbeing experience required. No perfect yoga poses required. Just bring yourselves.

FAQs
- Is this a drop-off event?
No. Kids stay with their responsible adult throughout the festival, and you experience the day together.
- What ages is Wild + Well designed for?
The workshops are being designed particularly with kids around 3 to 8 years in mind. Wild + Well is an all-ages family event, and siblings outside that range are very welcome.
- Can I bring another child?
Yes. Add an Additional Sibling Pass to any in-person Kid + Adult pass. If you are unsure which ticket combination you need, contact humans@wildandwell.space.
- What if my child does not want to join every activity?
That is completely okay. There will be space to join in, take a break or head outside when someone needs it. Come as you are. There is no expectation that every child participates in every minute.
- Do we need to bring food?
Please bring lunch, snacks and water for your family, or grab something from one of the local Dee Why cafés during the beach break.
- What happens if it rains?
The indoor festival will still go ahead. Beach activities, including the sandcastle competition, will depend on the weather and beach conditions on the day.
- How do the online passes work?
Online passes are household passes delivered live through Google Meet. Morning, afternoon and full-day options are available, and joining details will be sent before the festival.
