The Earth has had enough and it's up to us to step up, speak up, be seen and be heard! Dear Sisters, our time has come, and we are READY!
Join this "Wild Woman Awakening", the 1st event of a two event series "THE WILD WOMAN".

At this 1st event we will WAKE UP and uncover your WILD WOMAN. She is waiting inside of yourself, ready to be explored and set free.
Together we create a sacred space, where we can truly show up and show vulnerability. At this experience you will release old energies and learn more about yourself.
At this transformational journey we take a deeper look into ourselves. A time for self-expression, connection and healing. A space to reconnect with mother nature, other women and your own unlimited beauty.
The sound of a sacred medicine drum, a soothing harmonium and a beautiful surrounding are waiting for you.
Ancient wisdom, pranayama, meditation, dance and self expression are all part of this inner journey to true love of ourselves.

Your facilitator: Julia Graeter
A wild woman, inspired by Mother Nature, led by her intuition.
She canceled her 9-5 full time job back in Germany to follow her instincts and create projects of the heart. She is a holistic yoga teacher, hosts women's circles, workshops and retreats. She holds wisdom about sacred womanhood, sexuality and the unlimited power of the wild woman. Aside from completing her training, her biggest teacher was and still is life. She made it her journey to share her experiences, learnings and tools and to hold space for true expression and connection. Through techniques like journaling, pranayama, meditation, mantras, movement and further sacred rituals she inspires self-love, self-care and self-expression. Julia empowers women to unapologetically commit to their unique beauty & power.

"Embodying the Wild Woman", full day workshop, 13.11.2021, 10am-3pm
We will go even deeper to STRENGTHEN your relationship with your uncovered Wild Woman. You will learn to fully EMBODY this beautiful WILD WOMAN.
