THE UPCYCLE CLOTHING WORKSHOP

Participants are encouraged to bring your own clothes, favourite op-shop buys to Upcycle Clothes Workshop by Wild Woman of Willunga, and transform it into something wild.

Wild Woman of Willunga believing that anyone can sew and loves to support participants in the art of upcycle clothing and expressing personal style plus exploring new skills while encouraging sustainability, reducing waste and benefiting the planet.

Bring your own sewing machine to the Workshop OR Sewing machines will be provided for participants who do not have their own.

Maximum of 10 Participants at each Workshop.

  • Included in the price are extra fabric, remnants, cotton, buttons, ribbon and dyed crochet tableclothes etc that will enhance the transformation. Plus, coffee, tea and light refreshments.
  • Participants are welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to the starting time to settle in and prepare for the Workshop.

Age & Skill Level Requirements: Participants must meet the specified age, children under the age of 12 are not permitted to attend. For participants aged 12 to 16, parental supervision is required to participate in the Workshop. Skill level is flexible for the Group Upcycle Clothes Workshop, with some prior knowledge of operating a sewing machine. Otherwise, individual classes are required for the benefit of the class environment.
