A MESSAGE FROM YOUR HOST
Hi, I’m Alienor le Gouvello, I combine my love for nature, animals, and mental health to create a unique therapeutic environment.
I’m a qualified, trauma-informed counselor specializing in Equine Assisted Therapy and Sensorimotor Art Therapy. My work is inspired by my personal experiences with horses and my journey through Australia’s stunning outback. I’m here to guide you gently and at your own pace toward a place of healing and balance.
Inspired by my solo journey with three brumbies along Australia’s National Trail, I witnessed firsthand the healing power of horses. After years of working with remote Indigenous communities and volunteering with Riding for the Disabled, I dedicated my career to helping others through equine therapy.
At Wild At Heart, we believe in the profound connection between humans, animals, and nature. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for personal growth.
At Wild At Heart, we’re not just about therapy; we’re about stories—of courage, growth, and connection. Whether you’re working with our horses or expressing yourself through sensorimotor art therapy, we invite you to become part of our story.
Every Retreat Day is a chapter, every connection a step toward healing, and every person who visits a reminder of why we started this journey.
Wild at Heart Equine Assisted Therapy is located on a stunning 25-acre property in the beautiful Sunshine Coast, just minutes from the small country town of Kin Kin, with easy access from Noosa and Gympie.
