Wildflower: Becoming Her, Connection & Creativity
Description
Wildflower: Becoming Her
Connection & Creativity 🌼
Women gathering around girls.
Not to teach them how to be. Not to tell them who they should become. But to see them, listen to them and celebrate who they are right now.
This is a 4-hour gathering for mothers, grandmothers, aunties and mother figures with girls aged 9 - 13.
A little return to the village. A chance to pause the busy world and come together through story, creativity, play, ritual and connection.
As our girls grow up surrounded by so many voices… friends, school, screens, social media and endless expectations, this is a space to remind them:
You belong.
You are loved.
You are enough.
Together, we’ll create a warm, playful space where girls can simply be themselves, held by a little village of women as they navigate the changes and possibilities of growing up.
What to expect
Connection activities, movement & play
Sacred story & craft
Ritual & circle
Creating a felted Wildflower Story Stick, a meaningful keepsake
Shared lunch table, bring a small plate to share
Light snacks & tea provided
I’m a teacher, mum of two girls and facilitator of women’s circles and gatherings, passionate about creating spaces where women and girls feel connected, supported and free to be themselves. I’ll be holding the space alongside Diana Oliver from Elemental Expressions, a sacred story & arts facilitator and Chrissy Bruce from Joyful Soul Collective. Three women bringing our own gifts, stories and experience to the village.
This is an invitation to gather with women who understand that raising girls was never meant to be something we do alone.
