Refund policy

Refund & Ticket Policy Wildoria is a rain-or-shine event. The festival takes place regardless of rain, wind, heat, cold, or other ordinary outdoor conditions. If we cancel before gates open. If Wildoria is cancelled before gates open and no portion of the event takes place, we will refund your ticket in full, including service fees. If we postpone. If Wildoria is rescheduled, your ticket will be honored for the new dates. If you can't make them, request a refund within [14] days of the announcement and we'll refund your ticket and service fees in full. If you can't attend. Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. You can transfer your ticket to someone else through the official ticketing platform until [gates open / 48 hours before gates open]. Wildoria can't recognize or support tickets bought or transferred outside the official platform. Once gates open. Tickets are non-refundable for any reason — including weather, evacuations, delays, early termination, partial closures, lineup or schedule changes, illness, or leaving early. Things that may change. Lineup, schedule, vendors, amenities, programming, and site layout are all subject to change. Limits. Any refund is limited to what you paid Wildoria for your ticket. We can't cover travel, lodging, camping, third-party fees, or other related costs. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this policy.
