The Early Doors Club at Westhoughton Carnegie Hall w/ Will Edgar
Description
Will Edgar & Full Band, live at Westhoughton Carnegie Hall
Friday October 16th, doors 6pm
At just 18, Will Edgar is already turning heads across the industry. The Bolton born singer-songwriter blends acoustic country and folk with a storyteller's eye, drawing comparisons to Bob Dylan and a voice that's been likened to Richard Ashcroft.
He first found national attention as a finalist on ITV's The Voice Kids, part of Team Danny, and has since gone from strength to strength: sets at Reading and Leeds, Buckle and Boots, and YANA Festival, an opening slot for Calum Scott at the AO Arena, and even a performance for King Charles III and Queen Camilla. Pete Waterman has called him the "next Bob Dylan," and songwriter Kamille has praised his writing outright.
With an eight track album on the way later this year, a new EP in the works, and time recently spent in Nashville honing his craft, this full band show at Westhoughton Carnegie Hall is a genuine chance to catch him before the rest of the country does too.
