I invite you to experience intuitive bodywork lead by me.
The focus is to release chronic tension and realigning the body to leave you feeling centred and liberated
You will be taught the basics of massage and how tension in one area can affect other parts of the body.
This is an introductory workshop and no previous experience is required
You will be working in pairs with each other and will be following along to me demonstrating on a live subject
My aim is to not only have you leave feeling relaxed and supple, but also with knowledge to move forward in order to minimise and navigate stressful situations
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your snacks as there will be a short break midway
Location is TBA. It will be within the Eastern Suburbs.
