Coeur de Terre Wine Dinner

Join us during Inman Park Fest week for a four-course dinner featuring Coeur de Terre Vineyards. Founded in 1998 by Scott & Lisa Neal, Coeur de Terre ("heart of the Earth") specializes in producing estate-grown wines from their vineyard located in a protective valley in the foothills of the Oregon Coast Range. They planted the vineyard, live on the estate, and farm the land utilizing only organic techniques. They are committed to organic farming practices and focus on small production, handcrafted all estate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, cool climate Syrah, Pinot Gris, Rosé, Riesling, and Grüner Veltliner.
Right off the heels of Pinot in the City, our dinner will be prepared by Chef Pedro Porras (Kitchen de Pedro). Four wines will pair with his Spanish inspired menu, which includes:
Homemade mussels Escabeche paired with 2023 Pinot Gris
Galicia style veggie Empanada paired with 2023 Chardonnay
Duck with plums and asparagus paired with 2022 Heritage Reserve Pinot Noir
Pork Meatballs in red wine sauce, smoked sweet potato puree and chips paired with 2021 Renelle's Block Pinot Noir
