Words of a Feather is a studio for writers of all ages, based in Melbourne and online. Led by local writer Amy Han, we have been leading creative writing workshops, and creating exciting opportunities for emerging writers, since 2011.

We cordially invite you to a camping getaway at the idyllic Wilson's Promontory, where you may discover, reignite or simply live your passion for nature, life, and creativity. Away from the sound of the highway, and the office politics. No tram dings or missing the train by 1 minute! We do hate that. My friends, let the Galah be your alarm clock. The kangaroo can be your kick to get writing. The waves will be your invitation to floating freedom. Experience nature's definition of serendipity. 

Here are some key deets:

On the first day, arrival will be at 11.00AM. For people who need it, there is the possibility of arranging pick-ups. DM us on Insta!
There will be sooooo much time to write, as well as partake in suggested activities like swimming, hiking, exploring, etc.

There will be 2x community dinners included, but please BYO breakfasts, lunches, drinks and snacks. Keep in mind there is a shop where the sell limited general goods (including icebags), as well as tasty fish, chips and more.
