Join us for an immersive tasting experience exploring why wine and cheese make the perfect pair.
Matt Steele, Cheesemonger and Associate of the World Academy of Cheese, from Cornelius Cheesemongers, teams up with Tristan Maclean from Elgee Park to guide you through our wine range, expertly matched with cheeses sourced from near and far.
Expect a relaxed, open discussion on why certain cheeses sing alongside particular varietals — and how when done well, that pairing lifts both the wine and the cheese to something special.
You'll be welcomed with a glass of Elgee Park Cuvée Brut, paired beautifully with cheese to start the afternoon off right. From there, we'll take you through a further 4 wine and cheese pairings, with the chance to order your favourites at a little discount on the day.
