    Event description

    A selection of South Australian wineries invite you to taste their new release and 2024 vintage wines at Wine Debut at the Adelaide Zoo.  

    This year, showcasing their wines will be Balnaves of Coonawarra, Bremerton, Byrne Vineyards, Claymore Wines, Dog Ridge, Eight at the Gate, Golding Wines, Haan Estate, Heartland, Kaesler, Kay Brothers, Nangkita, Pauletts, Schwarz Wine Company, The Pawn Wine Co, Two Hands Wines and XO Wine Co. 

    Soak in the spring evening and listen to the sounds of the animals as you sip and taste. 

    For a ticket price of only $33 (plus booking fee) you will receive:

    • Entry into the event, onto the central lawns inside the Adelaide Zoo
    • Live music by celebrated singer songwriter KIKI
    • A Great Wine Capitals wine glass that is yours to keep
    • An individual charcuterie box (all dietary requirements will be catered for)
    • 2 wine tasting tokens allocated to 2 wineries to redeem a complimentary tasting of their wine

    Once your tasting tokens have been exchanged, wine can be purchased directly from each winery by the taste, flight (several tastes), half glass. glass or bottle. 
    Bottles can be purchased and taken home on the night.

    Wine Debut will be held on the central lawns inside the Adelaide Zoo*, on Friday 11 October, 5.30 pm until 8.30 pm.

    Tickets are strictly limited so get in early to avoid missing out.

    Wine Debut is presented by the South Australian Wine Industry Association and is supported by the South Australian Government through the Department of Primary Industries and Regions. 

    * The event is limited to the Adelaide Zoo central lawns and rotunda. You will not be given access to other areas of the Adelaide Zoo during this event.
