Winning Organisation Model

Geelong Quality Council are delighted to present Kyle Gimpl’s Winning Organisation Model. Kyle has developed and published WOM in 2018 as part of an ongoing career serving in senior leadership roles for many global mining and chemical companies. Since 2013, Kyle has operated as a consultant sharing his expertise in organizational efficiency and continuous improvement with many international organisations that have a base in Australia.  

Kyle’s is a Tasmanian with a background in Applied Chemistry, Lean Six Sigma, Safety, Auditing and implementation of Leadership programs.
