Event description

Winning tenders - not rocket surgery, but definitely brain science!

In order to grow, many companies need to secure contracts that are only available through the tender process. But navigating that process can be a killer. It’s complex, expensive and, so often, seemingly random in its outcomes.

In this two-hour workshop, bid specialist Ken Grace will share his experience of how companies win tenders and why others miss out.

You’ll learn:

  • The three biggest mistakes that kill your chances of winning

  • The three things winners always do well

  • Where winning (and losing) really happens

  • How to manage your bid for success (and why so many people don’t)

  • Why doing it yourself is a dumb idea and why doing it yourself is a brilliant idea

Date:  Tuesday 22 July 2025

Time:  10am - 12pm
