A 2 Hour Journey of Relaxation and Renewal

Join Jae for a 2 hour Deep Rest class from the comfort of your own home in harmony with the the season of winter & the water systems of the body, designed to release stress and nourish your nervous system as we transition seasons. This class is also designed to connect you with the wisdom of the sacred waters & the intelligence within you.

Through breath, somatic movement, guided reflection, yin yoga, and a Reiki guided meditation journey, we’ll reset your energy and ease your mind—together.

The class recording will also be yours to keep, so if you miss it OR want to do it again you have that in your tool kit.

When: Sunday 20th July, 10:00am - 12:00pm

Cost: This is a PAY what you can event. Suggestion if your not sure, (not in anyway a measure) is $22. PAY what is available for you, this is a donation for my time 🤍

Spaces: A plenty!!! Video on or off, come as you are. Commit not or join last minute if you need the flexibility.
