How to collect your Bundle of FUN and SAVE:
1. Purchase your Winter Entertainment Bundle using this page.
2. Present your tickets to our Information Centre, located in Library Lane (next to Grill'd). Refer to trading hours below.
3. Receive your Bundle, start redeeming your vouchers and JOIN THE FUN!
Ice rink ticket and carnival wristband are available for redemption anytime the ice rink and carnival is open.
Ice rink session must be booked online using unique code in your bundle to secure your spot, please allow up to 24 hours for code to be active. Refer to booking confirmation email for steps on how to book.
