This Winter Off Season, join our one-day only ECHO ODYSSEY!
All aboard the ECHO Odyssey bus for a full day middle East Coast Tasmanian adventure.
We’ll get down and dirty for a behind-the-scenes peek (and taste!) at what makes this gorgeous coastline so very special – set to a soundtrack of Festival Express Tasmanian Tunes!
- Learn why Tasman Sea Salt’s production process is the only one of its kind in the world and how this humble mineral has been responsible for the rise and fall of empires.
- Taste why our oysters, fresh straight from the sea, are so shucking good!
- Watch a sheep shear up close and personal by one of the local fully trained and qualified, sheep loving shearing lasses.
- Off(!) course it wouldn’t be east coast hospitality if we didn’t offer you a few tipples!
- We have you well and truly sorted with a visit to the Tasmanian Pinot Producer of the year 2024, Gala Estate, who sit at the crossroads of history and innovation, producing award-winning, world-class wines.
- And for the gin connoisseur, we’ll stop by for a tasting of The Splendid Gin to conjure up a romantic past with a twist of contemporary decadence.
- Lunch, tea & coffee will be served in the 200-year-old Riversdale Mill – originally a water-wheel-powered flourmill.
ECHO Odyssey guests will indulging in samples of local treats and informative, magical storytelling from their host and guides.
