Winter Soiree with Kate Leopold & Julie Hayes

You are invited to come and join Kate and Jules for a mid-winters evening of music and connected community. We have dreamed up this creation on the warmth of a Miami footpath – after recognising a shared desire to play music together before Jules heads off o’er the seas to her homeland of Eire for a few months. Having been focussing our energies on other life works and creations of late, we are both excited to share the living room stage at Double View – a place that many of you may already have cultivated connection with through voice journeys and other offerings created by Jules in recent times.

The seeds are planted, and as we water the fertile soils, we look forward to welcoming you into the forest of colour, to get cosy and take some time to relax, and also become a part of the soundscape in moments, as we weave story, song and melody through the airwaves.

Kate and Jules will share the stage, with a selection of their favourite songs, to take everyone on a journey, a pilgrimage of sorts – traversing through the depths of the valley, to the heights of the mountain top, we will sigh and laugh and soar and sing, a coherence through cacophony, voice alchemy to guide ourselves home, for the blossoming of the greatest summer ahead!
