This Unique Challenge starts 2 weeks before the Winter Solstice - the shortest day of the year -
and ends two weeks after.

Use this Challenge to activate your 'imaginal cells', just like a caterpillar does to metamorphose into a butterfly and fly free. It's the perfect time to elegantly transform whatever feels restricting and deflating within you.
Catalyse your own evolution with the support and focus of this Challenge.
Yoga has many tools for transformation. We will use them all: in our yoga practice, our meditations, gathering together and setting intentions.
All these tools are designed to help you experience how amazing, effortlessly powerful, beautiful and magical you are - just like a butterfly.

How this Challenge will work:

Monday June 9th Gather for Ceremony, in the evening, to set our intentions for the Challenge and meet fellow Challengees. Can attend in-studio or via live-stream. Time to be announced.
Challenge commences Monday June 9th, concludes Sunday 6th July 2025. NB: you do not have to attend your first class on Monday. You just need to start your meditation practice on the Monday and attend 4 classes within the first week. You will be sent an email with the 1st weeks theme and a recorded guided meditation before Monday.
Attend 4 classes per week In-Studio and/or via Live-Stream. You have 19 weekly classes to choose from.
Nurture a Meditation practice: Wk 1- 5mins/day, Wk 2 - 10mins/day, Wk 3 - 15mins/day, Wk 4 - 20mins/day. Guided meditations tailored for each week will be supplied.
Each week has a specific focus that leads to the next weeks' focus.
Saturday 21st June Winter Solstice Event - The pivotal point - More details are coming.
