As we honour the stillness of the Winter Solstice, a sacred turning point of inward reflection and rebirth you’re invited to immerse yourself in a powerful multi-modality healing evening across the peaceful sanctuary of Mind Body Salt.

Journey through 4 intimate group healing experiences in 30-minute rotations, with a 10-minute integration buffer between each session.

🌬️ Jessica – Breathwork with Project Shift (@projectshift__)
Held in the reception area, this transformative breathwork journey is a portal into the deeper layers of self. Jessica weaves science, spirit and somatic practice to help you shift stagnant energy, process stored emotion, and reconnect with your heart. This session invites your nervous system into regulation while anchoring new, empowered ways of being.

💫 Shannon – Angel Healing & Soul Messages (@yourwellbeingwarrior)
In the softly lit tea room, be held in Shannon’s loving presence as she guides you through angel energy healing, followed by a soul mediumship reading. These sessions bring messages from your spirit team and departed loved ones, offering clarity, calm and the reminder that you’re never alone. Leave feeling held, softened, and reconnected to your heart’s truth.

🔔 Laura – Sound Healing in the Salt Cave (@laura.of.the.light/@sovereign.energetics)
Let the sacred frequency of crystal bowls, chimes, drum and harmonics wash over you as Laura leads a soul-stirring sound healing in the grounding salt cave. This immersive experience clears energetic residue, invites deep nervous system repair, and anchors intentions for the new cycle ahead.

🌿 Mind Body Salt – Float or Sauna Experience (@mindbodysaltgeelong)
For 20 mins let your body unwind with either a float or infrared sauna session, allowing the elements to detoxify and soothe. This is your time to simply receive and restore. Only x2 floats and x2 saunas available per rotation. 20 mins float and 10 mins for shower to get ready for the next rotation.

You’ll rotate in groups of 4 through each healing space.

What to Bring:

To help you feel comfortable and relaxed during your Solstice journey, please bring:

• 🌿 A water bottle to stay hydrated

• 🧘 A blanket, cushion, mat and/or shawl for sound healing and breathwork sessions

• 👙 Swimwear and towel (for your float or sauna session.)

• 🧦 Comfy, loose-fitting clothes (layers are ideal for the changing spaces)

• ✍️ A journal or notepad if you feel called to reflect or receive insights

• 💗 An open heart and willingness to receive
