Give yourself time to find paid parking a walk across to venue.

Beginners

Whilst begiinners to Breathwork are welcome, this workshop will not spend a lot of time explaining the ins and outs the special breathing techinque. Beginners will receive additional support videos prior to the event to help them pracice the breathing technique prior to the event.

Wheelchair access

This venue is accessed via staircases, and is therefore not suitable for people using wheelchair or have accessibility issues. 

Noise sensitivity

Please note that loud and dynamic music will be played during the ceremony at times. If you are not comfortable with loud noise it may be beneficial to try a one on one Breathwork session (email Amber or Joshua to discuss).
