Join me, Master Instructor Beatriz Villagrasa, for a transformative breakthrough breathwork event on June 21st — a sacred gathering aligned with the Winter Solstice.
For our ancestors, this was not just the longest night of the year, but a moment of deep reflection, ritual, and renewal. It marked the rebirth of the sun, a return of the light, and a powerful invitation to go inward. In many traditions, the Solstice was a time to slow down, release the old, and plant seeds of intention for the cycle ahead. Spiritually, it’s a portal — a threshold between darkness and light — offering us the chance to reconnect with what truly matters, to listen inward, and to honour the wisdom that lives in stillness.
In that spirit, this breathwork journey is your opportunity to pause… to let go… and to rise again—lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
Look, I’ve been there.
I’ve felt lost, stuck in the dark, scared of what was next, disconnected from myself and everything around me. I know what it’s like to carry the weight of anxiety, grief, or numbness… and to feel like there’s no way out. That’s why I’m here — not just as a facilitator, but as someone who has walked through that darkness and found a way back to the light.
Breathwork helped me remember who I am beneath the fear. It cracked me open, helped me release what I couldn’t put into words, and gave me the strength to start again.
And now, I hold this space for you.
This isn’t just a session — it’s a safe return to yourself. A chance to breathe, to feel, and to heal.
When life becomes overwhelming, we often keep going, pushing emotions down, storing them away… until one day, we don’t even recognise how heavy we’ve become.

Your Body Holds the Story — Let’s Rewrite It
What you haven’t had the chance to process… your body has.
That tension in your shoulders, the tightness in your chest, the fatigue that lingers — it’s not just physical. It’s emotional residue. Layers of stress, grief, anger, and pressure are stored in your system.
Our bodies are wise. When we don’t have time to unpack our experiences, the body holds them for us, like an emotional iceberg under the surface. Over time, this weight shapes how we think, react, relate, and live. It shows up in patterns, triggers, beliefs, even in our posture or breathing.
You’ve probably tried to “figure it out,” talk it through, or just push on — hoping things melt on their own. But some things don’t thaw slowly. They need release.
Your breath is a powerful tool for healing and liberation. In this session, you’ll be safely guided through a rhythm of breathing that helps bypass the mind and release what no longer serves your body, heart, and spirit.

EVENT DETAILS
When: Friday, 21st June
Where: Carrara, Gold Coast (exact location shared upon RSVP)
Time: 17:00-20:00— Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and some time to settle in.
There is free parking in the surrounding streets and free underground parking.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Avoid coffee, alcohol and stimulants 4-5 hours prior to the event
- Avoid eating food at least 1.5 hours prior to the event.
- Water bottle
- Journal (optional)
- Open heart and open mind
- No breathwork experience needed – everyone is welcome
Yoga mats, light cushions, blankets and bolsters will be provided.
