Yolanda - plant-based chef &and Patrick - alchemist directors at Queensberry St Cooperative, have come together as soul-collaborators and created a magical event to celebrate the winter solstice.

You will be guided through a one-hour lacto-fermentation workshop with Patrick, where you will develop skills to ferment any fruit and vegetables at home. Yolanda will prepare a warming lunch inspired by the changing seasons to be shared following the workshop.

Our purpose is to cultivate a space of connection, sharing, and reflection. You'll be invited to pull an oracle card (or two), inspiring intention for the coming season.
