We’ll begin with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart, followed by a guided calming breathwork journey designed to soothe the nervous system, release stress, and bring you home to your inner peace.

Afterward, enjoy wholesome, nourishing nibbles as we gather and share in the collective energy of like-minded souls—reminding us of the profound power of coming together with love, care, and presence.

All you’ll need is comfortable, warm clothing, a pen, and a journal for reflection.
