Led by Chantal Pierce of Om Sweet Om Milton, celebrate the Winter Solstice with a deeply nourishing one-day yoga retreat, designed to help you reset, refocus, and reconnect. This special collaboration between The Barn On The Ridge and Om Sweet Om Milton invites you to embrace the stillness of winter, reflect on your journey, and set intentions for the season ahead.

Guided by Chantal's grounding presence, nestled in the heart of Milton, NSW, The Barn On The Ridge is a breathtaking South Coast venue, offering sweeping views of Pigeon House Mountain and the Budawang Range. This stunning natural setting enhances your retreat experience, providing the perfect environment for renewal and deep connection.

With Chantal's guidance, through guided movement, meditation, nature immersion, and sound healing, you'll cultivate inner peace, clarity, and renewal—laying the foundation for the rejuvenating energy of Spring.

This intimate retreat is capped at 30 guests, ensuring a personalised and enriching experience. 

Retreat Program^

9:00 AM | Arrival & Welcome | Settle in with a warm welcome at The Barn, surrounded by nature’s tranquility.

9:30 AM | Guided Pranayama, Yoga and Meditation | A 90-minute session of yoga and breathwork to awaken your body and center your mind.

11:00 AM | Nature Immersion & Journaling | Enjoy a peaceful nature walk, light refreshments, and guided journaling to encourage deep reflection.

12:00 PM | Outdoor Yin Yoga | Embrace the stillness with a grounding Yin Yoga practice under the open sky.

1:00 PM | Nourishing Lunch | Savor a wholesome, nourishing meal at The Barn, designed to fuel body and soul.

2:00 PM | Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra | Indulge in a deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga session, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to reset your energy.

3:15 PM - 4:00 PM | Closing Sound Healing | Immerse yourself in a powerful sound healing experience, allowing vibrations to bring harmony and renewal.

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM | Sunset Reflection (Optional) | No formal schedule—stay, soak in the sunset, and embrace quiet reflection before you journey home.


About the Teacher |  Chantal Pierce

Founder, owner and principle yoga teacher of Om Sweet Om, is a firm believer in ‘living yoga’, a practice that extends beyond the mat. Chantal believes that the practice of yoga teaches you to go deeper and deeper within until you find your authentic self, once you become aware of this, you begin to live to your full potential. Chantal’s journey with yoga, has taught her that every action is an act of yoga, it’s not simply limited to the asanas we take on our mat. The practice is everywhere and once the student realises this, they can begin to use the teachings of yoga to enhance their lives in the most positive way.
