Event description

Winter Solstice

The Winter Solstice is a magical time, marking both the shortest day and longest night. In the ancient Celtic year, the Winter Solstice was important because it marked the rebirth and return of the sun after the shortest day.

In essence the Winter Solstice serves as a reminder of our intrinsic connection to natures rhythms and cycles. It beckons us to embrace the darkness, celebrate the gradual return of light, and find some solace in the continuity of natural cycles.

It’s often said to be a time of new beginnings, with the changing of the seasons, we say goodbye to a long, stagnant period of self-reflection and welcome the fiery energy of the sun to propel us forward.

This very physical changing of the seasons is a powerful time to manifest spiritual transformations and create change in our lives.

I invite you to join me in honoring this auspicious time of the turning of the wheel and drop into a ceremonial event creating change in your life.

Grandmother Mugwort will be joining us allowing us to access the spaces in the liminal. She is a potent tool for working with transitions both in a physical and spiritual sense. She helps us navigate the in-between, the uncertainty or change that precedes a new phase.

Grandmother Mugwort is associated with the cyclical nature of life and helps us with the transitions that lead to rebirth.

We will be partaking in a Beifub tea ceremony, setting intentions and a Breathwork Sound Healing Journey including Shakti Art process.

What to expect –

A ceremonial clearing using smoke, or if you’re not a fan of smoke Ashley can use feathers instead. Please let him know on the day.

Intention setting on paper and an offering to the cauldron and we will then burn it all together to release and clear it energetically.

Following this we will all partake in a Beifub (Grandmother Mugwort) & Blue Lotus tea ceremony.

Following this will be a Shamanic Breathwork session to activate and let go from the physical body and then a Sound Journey to help get down to a cellular level and clear at the root level.

Following this will be a Shakti Art Process to help you start to understand and get clarity around your journey.
