Winter Solstice Ritual 2026 at Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary

The winter solstice is an important time for gathering.  We will set the tone for the winter ahead and cultivate well-being through guided meditation, breathwork, and community connection. Let's honor the stillness, together.

Eden Rumelt is a Reverend Priestess, Ritual Dancer, and Embodiment Teacher with more than 20 years of experience leading classes, workshops, and retreats. She has also been a Massage Therapist at Osmosis Day Spa since 2013, bringing a deeply grounded and nurturing approach to her work.
