Event description

The Winter Solstice is a portal, the turning point, the darkest day. Here in the Southern Hemisphere, the Solstice is an opportunity to celebrate the darkness, the deep winter that invites us all into stillness, rest and dreaming. I'm exploring rest without stagnation. I believe that, just like the Yin within the Yang and the Yang within the Yin, there is movement within rest.

I always feel drawn to celebrate these pivotal moments in the year so I'm hosting a very special two hour Winter Solstice Ritual on 21st June.

We will gather in a circle and I'll guide you through an intention setting and candle lighting ceremony.

We will share a kundalini kriya practice and I'll lead you through a guided meditation and optional intention sharing.

I'm excited to gather with you all!
