Event description

3 course plant-based banquet with fermented beverage accompaniments - A magical symbiosis of Yolanda’s culinary prowess & Patrick’s alchemical concoctions.

Yolanda - plant-based chef, and Patrick - alchemist, directors at Queensberry St Cooperative, have come together as soul-collaborators and created a magical event to celebrate the winter solstice.

Our intention is to create a warm and connective space to welcome the stillness of Winter. Join us for a nourishing feast to honour the Earth’s seasonal rhythms. A collaboratively designed seasonal menu heroing Yolanda's intuitive cooking style and Patrick's fermented potions.
