Winter Solstice Women's Circle
Description
Winter Solstice Women's Circle
A half-day retreat to soften, release and let go before the year ends
The longest night of the year is an invitation to rest. To turn inward. To slow down. Before the rush of the new year arrives, give yourself a day to pause, to breathe, and to gently release what you no longer need to hold.
So many of us move through December running on empty: holding everyone else's needs, getting through the to-do list, and rarely stopping to check in with ourselves. This circle is an invitation to do something different. To slow down, come back into your body, back home to yourself.
Join Ashling of Swift Celtic Therapy and Cait of Calm With Cait for a nourishing half-day retreat in Ashling's cosy tipi in Clogher, held in the warm company of other women.
What the day includes
🌿 Opening circle. A gentle space to arrive, settle in and connect with the women around you.
🌿 Self-care womb massage with Ashling. Ashling will guide you through a nurturing self-massage for the belly and lower abdomen, an area where many of us hold tension and emotion without realising. It's a simple, caring practice you can take home and return to.
🌿 Light lunch. A warming break to nourish yourself, rest and chat.
🌿 Deep healing breathwork with Cait. A guided, trauma-informed breathwork journey to help you move through and release stuck emotions, old patterns and anything that may have come up during your massage. You'll be supported throughout and can go at your own pace.
🌿 Closing circle and integration. Time to reflect on your experience and gently carry it with you into the new year.
Who it's for
Any woman who feels she's been holding too much this year, or simply needs a pause. No experience of breathwork, massage or women's circles is needed, just a willingness to show up with an open heart. You will be held just as you are.
