Winter Sound Healing - Tuning for Health

WINTER IS OFFICIALLY (nearly) HERE

It’s will be the beginning of June soon, and that means Winter is officially here! With the mornings becoming a little cooler and the sun setting earlier, we can feel the change in the elements as well as in our own body and rhythms. Let’s come together and nurture ourselves with the use of tuning forks on some of our main acupressure points to tone, strengthen and support our system for the months ahead. We will also invite into the session (through use of the sound technology PlantWave) the plant ally “Mexican Sunflower” as well as the sound bowls, voice, gong and other delightful instruments for you to immerse into relaxation and wellbeing.

Mexican Sunflower is flowering everywhere at the moment and is such a delight to see her splashes of rich gold. Her medicine is thought to helps us eliminate stagnant, depressive and gloomy thoughts by assisting us to pull up a deep unbounded joy that lays within, giving us a more positive, light hearted outlook on life. Winter time is perfect for us to tap into our inner sun, warm radiance and golden treasure .
