A day to rest, reflect, and reconnect.
Winter invites us to turn inward—to pause, soften, and nourish what lies beneath the surface. Join me for a day of gentle, grounding, and restorative yoga practices designed to honour the natural rhythm of the season. Whether you choose the morning, afternoon, or full-day option, this retreat offers a sanctuary of warmth, stillness, and inner reflection.
Together, we’ll create space to prioritise self-care, reconnect with inner warmth, and gently stoke our inner fire.
Morning Session (10:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
A gently activating session to awaken the body and prepare for the quiet stillness of the season. We'll explore:
Slow, mindful, activating movement to build warmth and awareness
Seasonal breathwork (pranayama) to support inner warmth
Contemplation and guided reflection to help set intentions
Moments of stillness to tune into our own rhythms
This session nurtures a sense of calm and clarity—an invitation to soften your pace, embrace quiet, and begin the process of winter conservation and inner listening.
Suitable for all bodies and experience levels.
Afternoon Session (1:30 PM – 4:00 PM)
A deep dive into rest, reflection, and inner nourishment. This restorative afternoon includes:
Long-held, supported restorative poses to soothe the nervous system
Journaling prompts for quiet introspection and dream connection
Yoga nidra (guided relaxation/meditation) for deep rest and reset
This is your time to recharge, recalibrate, and rest in your inner sanctuary—a cocoon of stillness, softness, and soul food for winter.
Open to all bodies and experience levels.
