"The Chef's Garden" winter warmers cooking class & garden tour

June 15th, 1.00pm - 5.00pm, $105.00 

You are invited to embark on a tour of The Chef's garden, to hand-pick fresh, organic produce to use back at the cafe for our interactive cooking class. This hands-on approach will not only allow you to foster a deeper connection with the ingredients harvested, but also enhance the appreciation for their flavours and textures, using our senses to guide us. In the class, you will be guided through the art of making flavourful soups, stocks & other warming dishes inspired by nature. 

This will be a beautiful &  unique opportunity to learn, explore, and indulge in the joys of garden-to-plate cooking.

My approach to teaching & learning is very hands on, there will not be any recipes in the class, as we will be guided by our intuition & whats available. The best teacher is mother nature & our senses, encouraging our creativity,  ability & confidence to start writing our own recipes.

A guided tour & talk in The Chef's Garden across the road

A 3 hour Interactive cooking class, using Herbs, & other produce picked from the garden

A sit down meal at the end with everyone to enjoy our deliciousness

Take home soup for another day.

A personal note book for you to write your own recipes from the day.
