Winter Women's Circle
Event description
What is a Women’s Circle?
A Women’s Circle is a gathering where women come together to share, connect, and create a safe space for open communication, vulnerability, and mutual support.
This particular Circle is a one-off, in-person experience held in Albany WA – designed to be nourishing, grounding, and expansive. It’s an invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your truest self… in the company of other women doing the same.
Who is this Circle for?
This space is for women of all ages and stages (18+). You’re not too old or too young. Whether you’ve sat in Circle before or this is your first time – you are so welcome here.
This Circle is for the woman who is craving:
A sense of community
Time to herself
A space to reflect and reset
Laughter
A hot cup of tea (and afternoon tea she doesn’t have to share)
A cosy, warm space on these cold winter days
To feel rejuvenated and vital
A moment away from rushing and responsibility
Real connection, not just small talk
New friendships
A few hours to breathe, rest, and be held
You don’t need to know what to do – I’ll guide you through each part of the Circle gently and openly. Questions are always welcome.
What to Expect
You’ll arrive at a warm, light-filled yoga studio and be greeted by me with a smile and a “Would you like a hug?”
Twelve yoga mats will be laid out in a circle, each with a cushion and blanket, waiting for you to choose your spot. At the centre, a simple altar with flowers, crystals, and beautiful objects offers a calm focal point for the session.
We’ll spend the next two hours:
Journaling
Meditating
Sharing stories
Reflecting
Setting intentions
Enjoying tea and treats
Simply being together
This Circle is a space where you can soften. Come exactly as you are.

Why Circle?
The intention of this gathering is to create space for connection, clarity, and coming home to yourself.
Being fully seen and heard by others is one of the most healing experiences we can have. Circle offers that in the most gentle and organic way. It reminds us that we’re not alone – and that who we are is welcome and enough.
When women come together like this, it often sparks a light-heartedness, a new sense of confidence, and a deeper trust in life.
What Past Attendees Have Said:
“Joined a Women’s Circle for the very first time and loved everything about it. I’ve never done anything like this before, and I felt so at ease and had no nerves at all. Sophie is so special, and I’ve never felt so heard and so safe in a room full of strangers. I even got some tools to take away with me that are now printed and laminated at my work desk. Can’t wait for more!”
— Caitlin
“First time attending Circle & it was the most incredible space – THANK YOU Sophie!! I went in nervous and unsure of what to expect but with an open heart and mind. Sophie’s guidance was beautiful, patient and peaceful. I felt heard, accepted and safe! My soul cup was truly filled.”
— Emma
