Winter Wonderland Wine Pairing Dinner - Finnish Fare

We're embracing the wonders of winter with our next amazing wine pairing dinner here at Laack's & The HUB.  Off to the Nordic regions with delicious Finnish Fare in five courses.  Each course coupled with a fantastic wine curated by Nichole Ise of Legacy Brands.

We love to have fun at our wine-pairings too!  So wear something Nordic (Viking maybe? Dog sledding gear? Bermuda shorts and a sherpa hat? LOL) for a chance at winning the best dressed on theme prize!  Don't forget to bring a newbie for even more chances to win.

Our Finnish Menu:
Appetizer:  House cured Gravlax (salmon) with pumpernickel and baguette toasts.
Soup:  Hernekeitto - Pea Soup with sourdough rye bread
Salad: Rossolli - Finnish Beetroot Salad (with carrots and potatoes and a little kick)
Entree: Kaalikaaryleet -Finnish Cabbage Rolls with Lepuska - Potato Cakes
Dessert: Mustikkapiirakka - Finnish Blueberry Pie (is it a pie, a tart or a cheesecake? - come find out).
