Rounding out 2024 with our theme of Solid Foundations, we want to take the time and space to reflect on if what we’re doing is building the lives we want for ourselves in the future. We have two wonderful, warm speakers who have fascinating stories to share on their strategies for building the lives they want. Hear from Kemmy, an osteopath and business founder who now works in some of the world’s most exclusive resorts. Kemmy started from scratch, following her dreams, and often being very vocal about the personal challenges she’s faced in building the life she wants. And we’ll also hear from Patrick, Hybrid Fitness Coach, who creates safe spaces for his clients to grow, develop and discover strength and power they never thought possible.
