In Community For Community | WIRE Rural Roadshow: Gippsland

As part of the WIRE Rural Roadshow in Gippsland, this practical workshop aims to support peer workers, volunteers and community leaders to develop skills, knowledge and confidence to have challenging conversations and provide appropriate support.

Topics covered:

• Providing a safe space

• Enabling options and choices

• Offer information and referrals

• Understanding family violence & financial abuse

• Self-care tools and strategies

When: Tuesday, 10th November, 10:30am-2:30pm (FREE lunch provided!)
