Andrew Lim: Connections Engineering Manager

• Andrew Lim is a Chartered Engineering Manager with 21 years’ experience in the energy and renewable energy sector, including 19 years with SA Power Networks. He has held a range of engineering and leadership roles and currently leads an engineering team responsible for network impact assessments and connection solutions for large-scale generation customers. Andrew also plays a role in shaping generation connection strategies and influencing connection-related rule changes, supporting South Australia’s transition to a cleaner, more resilient energy future.

Munirah Hadzic: RF Hardware Engineer

• As a dedicated RF Engineer specialising in electronic warfare, Munirah Hadzic designs, characterises, and operates advanced radar technologies. Munirah’s work supports the protection of modern defence assets by enabling signal processing and counter-measure strategies in sensing and controlling the electromagnetic spectrum. By bridging theoretical electromagnetic design and hands-on operational testing, Munirah delivers high-reliability performance in complex, dynamic RF environments.

Luke Rosenberg: Senior Research Engineer

• Luke Rosenberg received the bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering, the master’s degree in signal and information processing, and the PhD degree from the University of Adelaide, Australia. He currently leads the RF Analysis and Sensemaking team at Advanced Systems & Technologies, Lockheed Martin Australia and is an adjunct Associate Professor with the University of Adelaide. Prior to this he was a Research Specialist at the Defence Science and Technology Group, Australia where he worked for 23 years. Luke is very involved in the IEEE as VP Publications on the Aerospace and Electronic systems society board of governors, a distinguished lecturer, senior editor for the Transactions of Aerospace and Electronic Systems and past chair of the IEEE South Australian Section. In 2024, he became an IEEE Fellow for contributions to maritime radar.

Marko Meinecke: Engineering Manager

• Marko Meinecke is a former Operations Manager at Flinders University Factory of the Future and Managing Director at E-Control Solutions. Marko has over 35 years of professional experience in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Automation and Process Control).
