Wirritjin community gathering
Event description
This is an invitation to be part of a gathering to learn about Wirritjin, and to come together as a village to share story, dance and wisdom around the Sacred Fire.
While there is no charge for the teachings, there is an energetic cost to those who tend the space we will inhabit.
Please bring contributions to the gathering as follows:
Cash donation of $10 per night per site camping (toward land use maintenance)
a cash donation of your choosing which you feel honours two days of teachings as well as your financial capacity
For the communal space: toilet paper, water containers, gas cookers, firewood, teas, coffee, UHT milks, fruit, organic or home-made treats and snacks for morning and afternoon tea PLUS one item to share as part of a planned collective banquet, groundsheets or additional cushions to help make a comfortable community space.
Numbers are capped at 15 adults.
Adults are responsible for their own children at this gathering.
Please do not bring pets. Several animals, including lambs and known dogs, will already be on site.
This gathering is a private event held on private land.
