Come take a pause and step away from the noise and return to the quiet within. Through stillness and embodiment practices we reconnect and unravel an innate wisdom that lies deep within our bodies. During the ancient times, they would have sacred container to share and transform through storytelling.

Ceremonial Cacao a vibrational plant medicine brought to us by the Mayans, also known as the Food of the Gods. The name Cacao means drinking chocolate together in ceremony. It is rich and delicious, packed with Theobromine and antioxidants that get your blood flowing. It is also known for its power as a heart opener, bringing one a warm and fuzzy feeling of being held and supported. It not only takes one into a deep meditative state but is also a super food, nourishing our body with nutrients.

Each cacao ceremony is a reminder to slow down, to breathe and return to the heart.

Cacao Ceremony - a journey with cacao. Poured with intention and received with reverence. The strongest heart opener, guiding us into our inner vortex. We sit with her like an elder and listen to her guidance.
