About Limor

Limor has been practicing Vedic Meditation for 30 years and has been teaching it for 21 years.

She learnt the technique while working as a Director of Macquarie Bank and experienced the vast benefits immediately. 6 months after learning Vedic Meditation, Limor left her Banking career and began working for her teacher, Thom Knoles, managing his meditation centre and subsequently, his international tours. 9 years after working for Thom, she was trained by him to be a teacher of Vedic Meditation.

Limor teaches full time from a purpose-built meditation centre in Double Bay, Sydney. The centre was designed by two architects who engaged specific Vedic principles to create a perfect space in which people can learn to meditate and expand their consciousness.
