This ocean of pure consciousness is called by modern physics, the Unified Field and it is the source of all matter. All forms emerge from this field, and it has qualities like Bliss, infinite creativity, pure knowledge, and unboundedness.

Vedic Meditation (VM) is a simple technique that allows anyone to experience this field of pure consciousness or Being.

Repeated experience of this field through twice daily practice of VM leads to a state of consciousness referred to as enlightenment or Self-realization, where Being is sustained all the time even while one is active. This is the full potential and birthright of every human being.

About Limor

Limor has been practising Vedic Meditation for 28 years and has been teaching it for 19 years.

She learnt the technique while working as a Director of Macquarie Bank and experienced the vast benefits immediately.

6 months after learning Vedic Meditation, Limor left her Banking career and began working for her teacher, Thom Knoles, managing his meditation centre and subsequently, his international tours.

9 years after working for Thom, she was trained by him to be a teacher of Vedic Meditation.

Limor teaches full time from a purpose-built meditation centre in Double Bay, Sydney. The centre was designed by two architects who engaged specific Vedic principles to create a perfect space in which people can learn to meditate and expand their consciousness.

Limor is also a board member of Meditate For World Peace, a not-for-profit charity that takes Vedic Meditation into conflict zones to help heal trauma and create peace.
