Emotion: Including Fear, Anger, Joy, Contentment, Grief - to be observed & explored

Organs: Relative to each of the Five Elements

Essence: Relating to the True Nature of the Element - its “Essence”

Practices: Supportive actions, exercises, and meditations per Archetype plus questions for self-inquiry per archetype
