Description

October is the seaon of the witch! In this workshop we'll be making an adorable fascinator (small decorative hat). You'll lenr how to draft a pattern, assemble the hat and decorate it!

Students who want to craft along should have:
paper and pens
a ruler and measuring tape
scissors
fabric
something to stiffen it if necessary (interfacing, buckram, posterboard, etc.)
hot glue
bias tape
a headband or hair clips
lots of decorations.
