Guests must remain respectful to vendors, staff, and fellow attendees at all times. - Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund. Photography & Recording Policy - Photography and videography are permitted at The Witches Market; however, guests must obtain consent before filming or photographing vendors and psychics. Terms of Agreement – The Ritual By purchasing a ticket to The Ritual, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This is strictly an 18+ ONLY event. These tickets also include entry to The Witches Market at any time during its operating hours. This event is a sacred gathering, not a performance or spectacle, and must be approached with the utmost respect. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy - Ticket sales will close on Monday, August 3, 2025, to allow for the preparation of specialty packs for attendees. - You must be 18 years old or older to attend this event. We will be asking for proof of age. - No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event or on the day of the event. Pre-Event Agreement Requirement - Agreements will be sent via email beginning March 10, 2025. These must be signed and returned prior to the event. - Guests who fail to sign and submit their agreements before the event will not be granted entry, and no refund will be provided. It is the responsibility of each guest to comply. Event Conduct & Expectations - The Ritual is a structured ceremonial experience. Guests must respect the sacred nature of the gathering at all times. - Invocation practices and other ritualistic ceremonies will be performed. While these are deeply spiritual in nature, no human bodily fluids will be involved. - Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Any guest displaying inappropriate conduct will be removed and permanently banned from future events, with no refund. Photography & Recording Policy - To maintain the integrity of the ritual, photography, videography, and recording of any kind are strictly prohibited. Refreshments & Duration - Light refreshments (small snacks and non-alcoholic beverages) will be provided. - The event is expected to conclude between 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm, with an approximate end time of 9:30 pm, depending on the completion of activities.
