Lineup

  • Breathwork Workshops

    Breathwork Workshops

Learn about different types of breathwork, and when to use each type in different scenarios of your life. Take this knowledge home with you, and apply it to everyday situations - imagine the impact that learning how to recenter your energy can have on your life!

  • Meditation Blocks

    Meditation Blocks

There will be different levels of meditation sessions offered throughout the weekend. These include guided experiences led by trained facilitators, designed to support deep release and inner connection, as well as community-led circles that nurture our growing sisterhood. Together, these sessions invite connection with the divine, the natural elements surrounding us, and a deeper remembrance of our higher purpose.

  • Energy Work

    Energy Work

Guided practices designed to support energetic awareness. Sessions offer practical tools for clearing stagnant energy, reconnecting with your inner flow, and learning techniques you can integrate into daily life long after the retreat ends.

  • Fire Circles

    Fire Circles

There will be two fire ceremonies, centered on release and the manifestation of new versions of self. These sacred connections, remembered at the soul level, call to us through the element of fire — a powerful alchemist and ancient ally. Fire holds the ability to assist energy in moving through and beyond the physical, often associated with the transformative essence of the violet flame. Through ritual, we invite remembrance of our relationship with fire and the wisdom its spirit offers.

  • Catered Supportive Meals

    Catered Supportive Meals

Each pass includes your meals for the weekend, which will be 2 light breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners. Please make sure you complete the dietary questionnaire during your purchase of the retreat pass, to ensure all restrictions and limitations are noted and planned for.

  • Sisterhood

    Sisterhood

Through intentional and open-hearted presence, we gather as women walking different paths, yet moving toward the same remembrance — that we are powerful spiritual and connected beings.

Q&A

  • What is refund policy?

We understand that life can shift, and we’ve designed our refund policy with both compassion and clarity in mind. Because this retreat involves advance commitments for facilitators, food, materials, and venue coordination, retreat passes are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your retreat pass to another woman with prior approval, provided we are notified in writing by November 11, 2026. All transfers must be completed before retreat pass sales close. Lodging reservations are booked and managed directly through the campground and are subject to the campground’s individual cancellation and refund policies. We encourage all guests to review these details carefully before purchasing a retreat pass and to reach out with any questions ahead of time. Our intention is to hold this experience with integrity, fairness, and respect for everyone involved.

  • Is there an age limit?

This retreat is designed for mature teens (ages 15 and up) and women of all walks of life. While all practices are natural and safe, some experiences may invite deep emotional release or personal storytelling, which are best held in a mature, supportive space. For younger participants who feel called to attend, we ask that they be accompanied by a responsible guardian during advanced workshops. A small additional fee applies in addition to the young woman’s retreat pass, helping support our facilitators’ ability to adapt, shift, or adjust their workshops as needed to best serve the group’s energy and ensure a safe, supportive experience for all.

  • When is the final day to buy Retreat Passes?

Retreat passes will be available until November 11, 2026 (11/11/26). This allows us to intentionally prepare for the group we are welcoming and ensure that all experiences, meals, and materials are thoughtfully planned. Once pass sales close, no additional passes will be released.

  • When do I need to reserve my lodging unit?

All lodging reservations must be reserved by November 28, 2026, the day after Black Friday. At the time of reservation, the campground requires a 30–50% deposit to hold your space. Lodging is booked directly through the campground and is separate from your retreat pass.

  • When is full payment for lodging due?

The campground requires full lodging payment two weeks prior to check-in, which falls on January 8, 2027. This timeline is set by the venue and helps ensure a smooth arrival experience for everyone.

  • What happens if I miss a deadline?

Deadlines are in place to support clarity and fairness for all participants, facilitators, and the venue. If you anticipate difficulty meeting a deadline, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible. While flexibility is limited, open communication is the best way to secure your spot.

  • Will I receive reminders of these important deadlines?

Yes. Gentle reminders will be shared as key dates approach so you can plan with ease and confidence. We want this process to feel supportive, not stressful.

  • Do I need prior experience with energy work or spiritual practices?

Not at all. This retreat is designed for both beginners and those already walking a spiritual path. All practices will be guided with care, and you are always encouraged to participate at your own comfort level. This is a safe space for expansion on all levels.

  • What if emotions come up for me during the retreat?

Emotional release is a natural and welcomed part of this work. Our facilitators are experienced in holding supportive, grounded space, and you are never required to share or participate beyond what feels right for you. Quiet spaces, grounding practices, and gentle support will always be present and available.

  • Will men be present at the retreat?

This retreat is intentionally women-centered, with thoughtfully designed spaces to support safety, openness, and deep emotional release. Some public, outdoor group sessions may include trusted male support facilitators who are well known within this community. This includes a sound healer offering grounding, supportive work in open spaces, as well as my husband, who may assist during select outdoor breathwork sessions as a trained support presence should small, safety-related interventions be needed when the lead facilitator is momentarily unable to respond. All indoor, trauma-informed, deep healing sessions are facilitated exclusively by women. These spaces are held with particular care and are designed to remain fully women-led to support emotional safety and vulnerability. This structure has been created intentionally to honor both safety and the unique roles each person brings, while keeping the heart of the retreat firmly centered on women’s healing.

  • Who can I contact if I have questions about timing or logistics?

If you have questions or need clarity around any deadlines, you’re always welcome to reach out to Nicki Sale directly. Contact info is listed above, at the end of the event summary. We are happy to help you navigate the planning process with care and transparency.

  • What activities, classes, or workshops will be available over the weekend?

As we get closer to the event weekend, the activity schedule will be posted with detailed descriptions of each session. For now, I can share a basic outline. Friday: Arrival + Meet & Great + Fire Ceremony Saturday: Workshops + Fire Ceremony Sunday: Integration Breathwork + Closing

  • What should I bring, and how can I prepare for the retreat?

We invite you to come exactly as you are. That said, a little preparation can help you feel more comfortable and supported throughout the weekend. Suggested items to bring: Comfortable clothing suitable for movement, rest, and time outdoors Layers for warmth, especially in the evenings (extra blankets available upon request) A journal and pen for reflection or integration Any personal grounding items (crystals, talismans, shawls, etc.) A reusable water bottle How to prepare: There is no need for intensive preparation. In the days leading up to the retreat, we simply encourage gentle self-care — staying hydrated, resting when possible, and setting a personal intention for what you hope to receive or release during the weekend. All practices are guided and optional. You are always welcome to participate at your own pace and honor what feels right for you. A more detailed guide and schedule will be shared closer to the retreat so you can arrive feeling informed. Our intention is for you to feel supported, prepared, and free to fully receive the experience.
