    Event description

    WITH Bicheno Beams
Connecting women in our industry from across the state on our glorious East Coast.

Curated by our East Coast colleagues, come WITH us as we savour superb seafood and whisky, meet some very special wildlife, discover local history and, of course, gasp in awe at the spectacular Bicheno Beams light show. Plus of course, make some industry connections!

Book for one event or book for all – it’s your choice!
Note: accommodation is self-sourced to suit
    your availability and budget.
      Partners and families welcome*.

Friday night it’s time to meet some very cute locals, as they wander in from the sea, on a Bicheno Penguin Tour.   Then it’s off to the Bicheno Bowls & RSL Club for dinner with the land-based locals!

Saturday starts with breakfast at your leisure then off to East Coast Natureworld for a devil of a time on a guided tour with Natalie, followed by a light lunch.

From here on the day revolves around the sea – the marine life that graces our palates and the sea air that imbues the whisky with unique qualities.  Two sessions are available at both The Lobster Shack and at Waubs Harbour Distillery.

Now with your insides warmed by whisky, rug up the outside for a spectacular evening of lights, action and paella! Following the two Bicheno Beams** light shows, you’re invited to the Supreme Finale Feast to dine on Spanish inspired paella, sip on mulled wine and join the festivities! Or dine locally at your own leisure - it's your choice! If you head to the Beachfront Bicheno for dinner, stay on for Jive in July with local band The Pretty Things playing from 9pm.

Sunday morning enjoy a breakfast box from Pop Up Picnic Tasmania before joining a History Walk (which coincidentally also includes a visit to Calm Ocean Jewellery Shop!) led by a local volunteer.

Lunch is at Devil’s Corner to finish a fine culinary experience overlooking the spectacular Hazards.

This weekend is all about doing what we all do so well – connecting with each other to share experiences, discuss issues - heading home with a satisfied appetite and enriched spirit!
